This BORLA Active Performance Sound system is designed specifically for the Mustang Mach-E. When you add an Active Performance Sound system to your Mach-E you give it the personality that it has been missing. Better yet, that personality comes with options. The sound of a powertrain adds a cherished layer of sensory awareness to driving enthusiasts, informing them of engine load, throttle input and more. By combining a proprietary algorithm with state-of-the-art audio processing and amplification technology, BORLA'S Active Performance Sound system mirrors speed, power, RPM, torque and load with zero latency. The system intensifies the sensation and excitement of EV driving, adding that "auditory connection" drivers covet. Sound for BORLA's Active Performance Sound system comes from professional recordings of actual BORLA-equipped internal-combustion engine(ICE) vehicles. Multiple microphones capture all characteristics of ICE audio ? including idle, ramps to redline, cruising, throttle lifts, "burbles & pops" and more. Using real-time data from the EV's internal computer, the BORLA system generates a hyper-realistic ICE soundtrack that perfectly matches the EV motor status and other vehicle dynamics. Returns Policy

Return Policy Please Contact Us to start a return. Standard Return Policy - 30 Day Products sold by Sane Performance are eligible for return within 30 days of the original invoice date under our Standard Return Policy. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and the customer is responsible for freight charges. Opened, installed, or used products are non-returnable. Items shipped incorrectly, transit-damaged items, or items that require warranty repair/replacement are not eligible for returns unless reviewed and approved by Sane Performance customer service. Not adhering to the terms outlined here, could lead to delays in processing returns or the rejection of returned packages. We do not accept any returns for shipments sent outside of the US (lower 48). If the mistake was mad on our end, restocking fees and freight costs will be waived. If you purchased a product and it doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and freight charges related to the return. Products must be returned with all items that came in the package. Return Policy for Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock Items Non-returnable items include Clearance, Open Box, or Overstock Merchandise, sold at discounted prices. These sales are final. Buyers take full responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock items. These items maintain functionality, they may have physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and other imperfections. Once your order has been pulled for processing there is typically a 20% restocking fee, depending on the Vendor and item, a higher restocking fee may be applied. Refunds Once your shipment has been inspected and approved, the order will be refunded through the original payment method, minus applicable fees. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and restocked typically within 14 days. Once inspected, the refund will most likely appear on your statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees.
