The 2-Row 42mm core greatly not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. More cooling rows also improve the overall efficiency of the radiator. More cooling tubes means more surface area for the coolant's heat to dissipate from. Each end tank is CNC machined billet aluminum giving them incredible strength and durability. CNC machining offers incredible precision and uniformity. The results are perfectly produced end tanks that perfectly match up with the ends of the 42 mm core. Hand TIG welding joins the tanks to the core creating the strongest radiator on the market for the R33 Skyline. Each radiator includes a 1.4 bar high pressure cap with an embossed CSF logo. High pressure radiator caps raise the boiling point of coolant. This helps protect the system from boiling over at higher operating temperatures. While the radiator is designed to keep the system from reaching such temperatures, it is always good to have extra protection for situations where the coolant gets too hot. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and the customer is responsible for freight charges. Opened, installed, or used products are non-returnable. Items shipped incorrectly, transit-damaged items, or items that require warranty repair/replacement are not eligible for returns unless reviewed and approved by Sane Performance customer service. Not adhering to the terms outlined here, could lead to delays in processing returns or the rejection of returned packages. We do not accept any returns for shipments sent outside of the US (lower 48). If the mistake was mad on our end, restocking fees and freight costs will be waived. If you purchased a product and it doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and freight charges related to the return. Products must be returned with all items that came in the package. Return Policy for Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock Items Non-returnable items include Clearance, Open Box, or Overstock Merchandise, sold at discounted prices. These sales are final. Once your order has been pulled for processing there is typically a 20% restocking fee, depending on the Vendor and item, a higher restocking fee may be applied. Refunds Once your shipment has been inspected and approved, the order will be refunded through the original payment method, minus applicable fees. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and restocked typically within 14 days. Once inspected, the refund will most likely appear on your statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees.
