Standard Return Policy - 30 Day
Products sold by Sane Performance are eligible for return within 30 days of the original invoice date under our Standard Return Policy. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and the customer is responsible for freight charges. Opened, installed, or used products are non-returnable. Items shipped incorrectly, transit-damaged items, or items that require warranty repair/replacement are not eligible for returns unless reviewed and approved by Sane Performance customer service. Not adhering to the terms outlined here, could lead to delays in processing returns or the rejection of returned packages. We do not accept any returns for shipments sent outside of the US (lower 48).
If the mistake was mad on our end, restocking fees and freight costs will be waived. If you purchased a product and it doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and freight charges related to the return.
Products must be returned with all items that came in the package.
Return Policy for Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock Items
Non-returnable items include Clearance, Open Box, or Overstock Merchandise, sold at discounted prices. These sales are final. Buyers take full responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock items. These items maintain functionality, they may have physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and other imperfections. If any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Sane Performance and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
Return Policy for Special Order, Custom Built, or Made to Order Items
Items subject to the Special Order Return Policy cannot be returned or exchanged. Special order items require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is canceled (unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer).

Refused / Undeliverable Orders
All restocking fees and shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. If you would like to return an item, you must accept the item and follow our Return Instructions. Refusing a package has the potential to accrue additional carrier fees.
Cancellations
For all cancellations, reach out to us via email and ensure order number is in subject line. Our team will attempt to place a hold on your order and help with any necessary updates, changes, or cancellations.
Restocking Fee
We try to process every order same day. Once your order has been pulled for processing there is typically a 20% restocking fee, depending on the Vendor and item, a higher restocking fee may be applied.
Refunds
Once your shipment has been inspected and approved, the order will be refunded through the original payment method, minus applicable fees. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and restocked typically within 14 days. Once inspected, the refund will most likely appear on your statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees.
